This thoughtful wooly gift arrived an hour or two before I started recording my latest episode. At first I thought itโ€™s my usual Row One monthly subscription that arrived. When I opened the package there were two โ€˜kitsโ€™ in it and an envelope. โ€ข Inside the envelope there was a little note saying it’s a gift from a crochet friend and it made my heart jump. We make Bono Bunnies for charity on both Mondayโ€™s and KnitNite and we hope they will soon reach those little hearts that survived the brutal attack by Hamas on October 7th. Itโ€™s already been more than a month of war days here in Israel and itโ€™s not getting any easier. The opposite is true. Our lives turned upside down in so many levels. This week I met the KnitNite girls on Friday morning. Itโ€™s not very easy for us to meet in the evening hours during these war days in Israel. Therefore the Tuesday evening Knit nights moved to either Thursday or Friday morning.
