2020 Welcome – sale continues
Since many of you asked, I am more than happy to continue with my 2020 welcome sale. This will allow you to enjoy more of my projects. This week will be the week of the Stripes and Colours blanket. I have just updated a 20% off on S&C items in my Etsy shop. I know many of you are waiting for this special offer. So, both pattern and kit will be available for 20% off from today till Friday January 17th 2020 12pm EST.
Pre Order
This is going to be a pre order on the Stripes and Colours kit. Unfortunately the Shale Grey colour is out of stock for quite a while and this is the main reason why my blankets kits are only available as pre orders at the moment.
Stripes and Colours kit
The kit includes 24 cotton balls in same colours as used in my original blanket. You can change one or more colours in the kit. All you have to do is just leave me a note while checkout with the list of colours you wish to get. OR, send me an ETSY convo. If you don’t want to wait till the Shale Grey is back in stock, I can send you the kit a few days after you place your order, with colour Ecru instead of the Shale Grey. The Ecru colour is a great replacement and is very close in colour to the Shale Grey, so it won’t make a big difference in terms of colouring. Just leave me a note while checkout that you want to replace the Shale Grey with Ecru and your kit will be sent right away. US, UK, EU, Australia and Israel, enjoy free shipping. Find kit here.

If you like to make your blanket bigger than the original size, please contact me via Etsy convo and let me know what size blanket you want to make. If you want, I’ll help you calculating the yarn you need to order.
Blanket Size
With Granny Kit cotton yarn and a 2.75 mm hook, your Stripes & Colours blanket will come out Aproxx: 87 cm (34.25″) width X 118 cm (46.5″) Length.
Please don’t think you have to make this blanket only using my cotton yarn. Use any yarn that float your boat. This is a colourful blanket, not a garment that needs to fit a specific size. The way I see it, crochet blankets are all about fun and colour therapy. In this case you only need the pattern.
Stripes and Colours pattern
It’s a very simple pattern, made of Single crochet and Double crochet stitches. Written in US crochet terms. This is a step by step pattern. And I added many close – up pictures to make it easy for you to follow even if you are a beginner.
The PDF file is ready to download as soon as the payment is confirmed. The pattern includes a list of colours as needs to be worked. It’s a colour table that you’ll follow for every stripe worked in your blanket. Find pattern here.
