I took a few pictures out of my camera roll to share this week’s blissful moments with you. Trying to catch these moments and have you joined in this journaling bullet points for some inspiration maybe? Or just being thankful for these simple moments because time flies and so are these moments…. it’s already mid June?

I’ve tried the Ketogenic diet for a few months and I swallow the information shared in this book. In my clean eating journey I find myself increasingly interested, even thirsty I would say, for information from nutritionists and health professionals. This book by Dr. Gundry arrived when we were visiting Rome. I read most paragraphs twice because there are so many physiological processes described and terms which I try to understand. Or at least get the general idea. Sitting with my knitting, reading this book (with coffee on the side table next to me) is definitely one of those blissful moments.

This week I spent a few hours writing down a new socks pattern which is still a work in progress. Having the help of this little creature was a blissful moment indeed. I got it from Yael, one of my sweet knitters, the lady who usually tests my patterns before they are published. This is the second progress keeper I got from her. She order them from Lach and Lou. The maker name is Katy and she makes such cute nature inspired miniatures.

Blissful moments from Monday

This week's blissful momentsOn Mondays, Elicheva works her new Over The Moon blanket and I promise to share more of this journey. We have a few shawls on the go and as ALWAYS socks! Mishi is working her Ainu by Isabell Kraemer with a DK wool and I am IN LOVE! This is the Pink shawl pattern and this is the Dk Grey one.

Knit night Blissful moments

A Nina bag made with raffia is the absolute star here at the CrochetObjet local activities. AND the absolute star in my Etsy shop as well. THANK YOU!!! I am so happy you enjoy making this simple pattern. This week's blissful momentsMy new cabled raglan sweater came out so pretty. I can’t wait to take a picture of it worn on the body. On top of it is the first triangle made on a Comulus top by Petiteknit made by lovely Sharon for her sister. She uses the Pure Silk by Knitting for Olive, same yarn used in the original pattern. There are a lot more projects on our table. I share all the wips from our weeklies on social media. Come follow me if you haven’t already.

It’s been a blissful week of daily meditation which I hope to maintain. Five minutes of breathing, EVERYDAY. Only five minutes make such a huge difference for me, in so many levels.blissful maeditationFollowed by a 15 minutes yoga stretching with this full body daily routine for flexibility, mobility & relaxation. Together with our daily walks it all keeps me grounded and happier. I really hope to keep maintaining these activities as I feel my body thank me for that.

Etsy review of the week

Can’t tell you how grateful I am for your Etsy reviews. This week's blissful momentsSometimes I read them first thing when I wake up and read them loud to E. We both appreciate you for taking the moment to write a review. Thank you so much for your kindness. You help others decide to purchase my patterns and yarn pack. It means the world to me.

This week's blissful moments

On this week’s blissful moments I also had a chance to try some new Linen Cotton yarn and some new crochet stitches, for future designs. I think I’m having this bags designing moment and I think it’s Mondays girls to blame.
